3. Payment Terms Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed terms in the proposal or invoice. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and data shared during the course of the project.

5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. MetricsMuse retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions and Changes We provide a limited number of revisions as per the project agreement. Any additional changes may incur extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability MetricsMuse shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals to ensure smooth project execution.

9. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice as outlined in the contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will still apply.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.

11. Changes to Terms MetricsMuse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
